Bodelwyddan Castle, Denbighshire

A well established favourite, Bodelwyddan is north Wales’ only game fair.  The spectacular site in the grounds of Bodelwyddan Castle, overlooking the Welsh coast, is easily reached via the A55 expressway.

There is a non-stop programme of both main and mini arena demonstrations including long-netting, hound parades and historical firearms in action.

This year, National Fishing Week will be held from 21st to 29th July (moving from its usual slot in August). Once again hundreds of events have been organised where qualified coaches will be on hand to offer free lessons to those who haven't fished before.

The Cheshire Game and Angling Fair is different to most other Game Fairs. We are a non-profit making venture and to-date, we have donated well in excess of £40,000. We are proud that all our proceeds are donated to recognised Country Sports supporters, along with many local charities and rural amenities, ranging from Schools and Churches to local Hospitals.
